Today marks the start of our national recruitment campaign, in search of great people, looking for a new challenge in becoming a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer, with the RAF Air Cadets.
CFAV's are the glue that bind the organisation together, whether wearing a uniform or not, ensuring our cadets get the very best from their time with us. We will provide training in a whole range of activities and disciplines from Target Shooting to Adventure Training and provide experiences both on the ground and in the air. It's a great chance to test and develop your own skill set, which can be a great benefit in your own career.
