With the release of the initial phase plans for a return to face to face activities in the future, tonight all the Wing Staff, Squadron Commanders and their representatives have gathered via MS Teams to look at plans and processes.
The journey is not over yet, but plans are in place with a number of activities and functions that need to take place to ensure we have Safe People and Safe Environments to operate.
Trent Wing is using a 4 Stage approach, the first of which (Stage1) is Training to ensure we meet the ‘Safe Person’ criteria within the ‘Safe System of Training’, for Staff and Staff Cadets.
All our staff will be completing a number of mandatory training packages in the next month to ensure their knowledge, skills and understanding are up to date and refreshed ready to restart when the green light is given.
