It's been a week full of awards in Trent Wing this week. On Tuesday, 7 of our Uniformed Cadet Adult Volunteers were invited to the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst for the 2022 CVQO graduation ceremony.
Those receiving their Level 3 Certificates in Education and training were drawn from both Squadrons and Wing and follows months of work to obtain a professionally recognised teaching and training award.
Flight Lieutenant Cat Howell, OC 1237 (North Hykeham Squadron said:
'It was an honour to be able to celebrate our achievements as a Wing and wider Cadet Forces contingent in such a special location as RMA Sandhurst. It was inspiring to be around so many talented people who have all completed qualifications in their spare time alongside their volunteering duties. I'm looking forward to getting back to Squadron and Wing events where I'll be able to use the skills, I have learnt during completing the level 3 award.'
The award is open to all our CFAV's as part of our offering to help develop our adult volunteers, it's a qualification that is recognised outside of our organisation and can be used in any workplace.
